This should be good enough to update the online help.

Thus far I have not spotted many issues:

1) splash screen says 2011 - need to fix that

2) the split tool seems to have refresh issues

3) I have updated the deploy scripts to create a "dropins" folder - however Moovida appears to be getting this folder created during his export so I am not sure if it will work or … please test?

We have a couple more pending features waiting in the wings:

- update _expression_ viewers (this will effect the style dialogs most of all)
