* What am I up to:

- Split Tools Improvement: now you can use a closed split line to make an 
split 
- Split Operation Refactoring: the new SplitFeatureBuilder class does easier 
to the client 
modules to use the split geometry behavior.
- es.axios.udig.extensions 1.2.6.

* Tasks on my plate:
- Udig 1.2 testing postgis, oracle etc...

* Impediments:
nothing
