[udig-devel] overview for live dvd

We have a request for an "overview" and "quickstart" for udig on the
osgeo live dvd. I figure we can sort out the text on the email list.

Quickstart:
- done!
- I had a chance to replace the quickstart already to use as an
example for the other projects (I took our quickstart wiki page as a
starting point).
