Re: [udig-devel] Some problems with udig-1.2-M2-SDK and linux

My understanding is you need to need to unzip this JRE and use it; I use it by renaming "jre" and placing it in the root of my eclipse install. From your error message did you place it in /opt/jre ?

Hi,

I have another problem , I have download the jre1.6.0_11.linux.x86_gdal_ecw_mrsid.tar.gz, and have setted the environment to use this jre, but when I load a map I have this problem:

09-Feb-2009 12:48:50 it.geosolutions.imageio.gdalframework.GDALUtilities loadGDAL
WARNING: Native library load failed.java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /opt/jre/lib/i386/libgdaljni.so: libnetcdf.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Have I to put the jre folder into a special folder? or have I to set some path?

thanks and regards
