[udig-devel] xircles signup needed for Jira

Codehaus changed some permission stuff on us (using Xircles for login 
now)...

So to keep using Jira we are going to have to set up an account:
- http://xircles.codehaus.org/login
- http://xircles.codehaus.org/signup

And then add yourself to the uDig project.
- http://xircles.codehaus.org/projects/udig
