This is exactly the reason this is not a real release. I knew there'd
be consequences of the changes I made. I'll take a look at this.

1. Started udig with an empty workspace
2. Added a shape file with world_adm. CRS is now EPSG:4326.
3. Zoomed in to Stavanger, Norway.
4. Added my own WMS layer.
5. Switched to EPSG:32632
6. After switching to UTM, the view is not as expected. Instead of
Stavanger, I did see some place outside of Africa. Looks pretty near
lat=0/lon=0.
Is this a known issue? Should I report RC13 test bugs in jira? This
is all on a Leopard Mac.
