[udig-devel] Our config.ini needs some help to pick up the splash screen

Will let you know if I get to this - if not we won't care

I have been running with "our" config.ini - you can set this on the 
thrid tab (the configuration one) on your run menu.
So I have never seen the splash screen until I turn this off - but I do 
use our bootclasspath setttings.

When you just run with the default the splash screen comes up, but you 
need to specify vm args forr the bootclasspath.

I will try and fix before you build tomorrow morning,
