Once again we are trying to assemble some imagry/css.

Here is what we have.
Geotools:
- is missing its Icon (http://geotools.codehaus.org/)
GeoServer:
- has developed a one click installer: 
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/geoserver/geoserver-1.2.3.exe
- has generic looking docs:  
http://geoserver.sourceforge.net/documentation/1.2.3/
- has home page: http://geoserver.sourceforge.net/html/index.php
- has support page: http://www.refractions.net/geoserver/
- has a wiki: http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOS/Home
UDIG:
- has a splash screen, logo, title, icons provided by Brock
- generic looking docs (no access via online help)
- has home page: http://udig.refractions.net/
- has a wiki: http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOS/Home

Here is what we want:
Geotools:
- title banner: 
http://svn.geotools.org/geotools/trunk/gt/doc/xdocs/images/gtLogo.gif
- A really old icon is here:

- 16x16, 32x32 favicon for website
- some kind of "poweredBy" for GeoServer and UDIG websites/apps

GeoServer:

- Install 32x32 icon:

UDIG: needed for Oct 25th, OOPSLA demo & poster
- update imagry to bring in line with Geotools/GeoServer
- existing set up splash.bmp, about.gif, icons 16,32,48,108,128
- 2nd priority: CSS for online docs,  can use same definitions as GeoServer
