Description:
We know have a workaround for "No way to specify a proxy" however more needs to be done.
Option A) Use a one-click installer to specify additional config.ini options for http/ftp proxy
Option B) Use an internal API to find this information
Q: Is this information available from the operating system?
Q: Doesn't the help system need this information as well?
A: Help is provided by Firebird or Internet Explorerer and already knows proxy information
