[tyrus-dev] tls 1.3

Hi tyrus-dev,

I'm trying to use Tyrus with TLS 1.3 which is supported in Zulu JRE 8.

But have a handshake problem.

According to ssl logs the last generated server's message is NewSessionTicket.

Client consumes this ticket and it is waiting handshake finished message but it does not come from server side.

Need your help. Does Tyrus support TLS 1.3?
