Tycho has moved to GitHub as main Git repository and now accepts issue reports at GitHub and code contributions as GitHub Pull Requests. The starting point is https://github.com/eclipse/tycho

Tycho Gerrit repository & Bugzilla tickets resp. at git.eclipse.org and bugs.eclipse.org will soon be made readonly. So you're invited to migrate important and still relevant content to GitHub.
