Re: [tycho-user] 'build.plugins.plugin.version' warning for pomless builds

Thanks Gunnar. Adding the following fixes the warning.
<pluginManagement>
<plugins>
<plugin>
<groupId>org.eclipse.tycho</groupId>
<artifactId>tycho-p2-director-plugin</artifactId>
<version>${tycho.version}</version>
</plugin>
