[tycho-user] Can Tycho generate a target definition file

I see both setVersion() and write() methods in the TargetDefinitionFile class. Can Tycho generate a target file during a build? It's be very convenient to create target file that matches the category.xml, with qualifier substitution, when building an eclipse-repository project.
