Not something I've seen happen to us.

Did you try searching for 'tooling' in your build files? ;)

It seems that for some reason, the string "tooling" gets added to unit
ids in p2content.xml.

I am not sure whether this is a bug on Tycho? Please let me know if you
can help/need more info.
