That's not it.  There's a little-known component of the URI that comes before the hostname and separated from the hostname by a '@' character.  That's the authentication component.  In this case the URI is uri=file:/resolution-context-artifacts@C:%5CUsers%5CTO106014%5CDocuments%5CEclipse%5CLunaWS%5Ccom.my_plugin.edit

The authentication component is 'resolution-context-artifacts'
