yes, I made a stupid mistake: the associateSitesURL attribute is gone
for good. Now there's a repository-reference element. See [1].

That being said, I *still* cannot get Tycho 0.22 to include my
repository-reference/@location in either content.xml/artifacts.xml. Any
idea why?
