Hi Vincent,

as you know, the pom and manifest.mf versions need to be equal.
There is a tycho-versions-plugin that can update all pom's, manifests 
and feature.xml's.

The invoke should be something like this:
mvn -Dtycho.mode=maven 
org.eclipse.tycho:tycho-versions-plugin:set-version -DnewVersion=0.0.6

Maybe there is a better way of doing this..
