I just built a feature with 2 feature patches in it, the root pom is http://git.eclipse.org/c/e4/org.eclipse.e4.ui.git/tree/pom.xml

It depends on the parent pom already being installed via mvn -f, http://git.eclipse.org/c/e4/org.eclipse.e4.ui.git/tree/build/eclipse-juno-parent/pom.xml

Oh, I guess in my example I was getting my feature from an external p2 repo and creating the feature patch in a new repo (I mirror it someplace to deliver it)
