[tycho-user] Tycho very slow for building a small project

Hi all,

I'm currently using Tycho 0.11.0 for a pretty small project.

At the beginning of my build I see the following two lines
[INFO] Adding repository http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios/
[INFO] Adding repository http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios/

and then the project just sits there for a long time. I guess it might
be going out to http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios/ and maybe
the server is being slow. I'm just trying to understand what's
happening and if there's a way to make it go faster.
