[tycho-dev] "sponsored" label?

I'd like to add a "sponsored" label that could be added to (fixed) 
tickets that where sponsored by companies or individuals.

My goal is to add a "Wed like to thank the following sponsors" section 
to the release notes if there are any sponsored items and the label 
would help in easily filter those ones.
