I downloaded the log from https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/I20200727-1800/buildlogs/mb220_buildSdkPatch.sh.log and couldn't see any such warning. Is there a bug open about it, with steps to reproduce the error?
FWIW, this issue was already investigated and supposed to be fixed last week with https://git.eclipse.org/c/tycho/org.eclipse.tycho.git/commit/?id=8419fd5eef67e626d088752f535e2d7b66bdbaa6
