So with tycho 1.6 that system property (System.getProperty("eclipse.commands");) is for some reason not set..

can you you add a null pointer check around that code?

(so enhance a bit this bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=551378)

i guess 1 single null pointer check would be ok there so just ignore everything if that eclipse.command is null

But then still the question is why it is suddenly different in tycho 1.6...

Do we call that directory differently?
