We don't tag any RC and so on. Just testing the latest snapshot is enough.
Then during the release, we deploy a "staging" site that can be used for testing the final artifacts before they are promoted, but we do not insist too much on testing at that time since so far, it never happened that an issue occured between latest snapshot and staging, for the same commit

    And when can the release happen?


There is some JDT issue that would be nice to fix in Tycho first, but it seems to me it's not going to be fixed soon enough.
So unless anyone objects, I think I can start the release later today.
