Hi Everyone, 

You are probably wondering why our dash licenses scans are not going though in the GitHub actions.

That is due to the fact that the URL Redirect link to the eclipse license jar we are using got deprecated, more exactly this one: 
https://repo.eclipse.org/service/local/artifact/maven/redirect?r=dash-licenses&g=org.eclipse.dash&a=org.eclipse.dash.licenses&v=LATEST


I believe was only a temporary issue, however it was not getting fixed so I turned up to the help desk and found there was a similar issue:

Turns out that our version has an old app from Nexus2 and the eclipse foundation will stop to support that from now one.
An alternative was provided by Sébastian Heurtematte in the ticket:
