This revision reduces complexity, removes redundant sections, and focuses on the most relevant information needed for our next release planning cycle.

We kindly invite you to provide your feedback or suggestions directly in the Pull Request comments.

Your input is essential to ensure that the new structure supports both our expert groups and committees efficiently. And don't forget, YOU have to work with this template 😉.

⏰ Timeline:

Our goal is to merge the PR by tomorrow EOB, so we can use the new template immediately for features targeting Release 26.03.
