Hi dear tractus-x devs,
as we had some
discussions on Eclipse Tractus-X Help Desk tickets in our
todays office hour, I want to start a discussion.
Recap of the topic: The
GitHub organization and repositories in eclipse-tractusx (https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx)
are managed by the Eclipse Foundation.
This means, that we need
to ask them for help, if we want to add a repository secret
like for sonarcloud for example.
The proper workflow to
get this secret created is to ask the Eclipse Foundation for
help by creating a Help Desk ticket:
https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues?sort=created_date&state=opened
Since we expect a rising
number of Help Desk tickets in the near future, it could
come in handy, if we align on some details.
For example, what do you
think of using a ‘TX:’ prefix in the ticket topic, so
filtering will become easier.
Another good thing could
be, that we share ‘first time’ tickets as a reference for
others via this mailing list.
So if someone will
request a repository secret (or already has), it would be
nice, if that person could share the ticket link here. They
are all publicly accessible.

you think of these ideas and if you have further ones.
