[tracecompass-dev] Resigning as Trace Compass project lead

Hi,

This message is to announce my intention to step down from my role as Trace Compass project lead, following my recent move to a new and challenging Senior Software Development position within my company.

I have contributed to Trace Compass for 15 years, including many features, enhancements and fixes, and have served as project lead since 2014. Along the way, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with many great people in the community. I would like to thank all current and past contributors whose collaboration has led to the project's steady evolution and long-term success.

To ensure continuity, I will nominate Matthew Khouzam as the next Trace Compass project lead. Matthew is a long-time committer with deep technical expertise and long-standing involvement in the project and has agreed to the nomination.

I will initiate the formal nomination and vote per the Eclipse Foundation's governance process and will initially retain my committer status to support a smooth transition.

I am confident the project will continue to progress successfully under Matthew's leadership.
