The only difference is that the 11.0.0 release was built using the release update site of all our dependencies in the target file.

For example add https://download.eclipse.org/tracecompass/releases/11.0.0/repository/ to available repositories in Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers and run check for updates will show that there is a newer version of TraceCompass 11.0.0 available.
