Hi,

 

Being able to read in detail how an “external analysis” works may be important in order to decide if and how to use it. Just having the name will probably not sufficient. Searching all external analysis docs for keywords might also be interesting in that respect, once the number of analyses grows.

 

Actually I could imagine that end users would start off reading external analysis docs since collecting the trace itself may need specific events / contexts etc before the respective analysis even makes sense ? Can a contributed analysis specify preconditions?
