To contribute to any Eclipse project, you need to sign the CLA [1], and
abide to the Code of Conduct [2]. To sign the CLA, you need to first create
an Eclipse account, and visit the page while logged in. It will offer you
to "sign" it.
After that, each Eclipse project defines its own guidelines. In our case,
it would correspond to the wiki page [3], along with the steps to setup the
environment [4]. Both are also available linked from the main wiki page
that Bernd linked.
