Re: [tools-pmc] PMC approval for PDT 8.4
Dear Dawid,
According to the EDP, every Eclipse Foundation project must complete at least one successful progress or release review each year. The project is currently overdue for such a review, so I took the liberty of scheduling one:

I’m requesting PMC approval for PDT 8.4 minor release that is scheduled to coincide with Eclipse 2025-12. This is first minor release since a long time (over 1.5 year)
Release contains both bug fixes and new features


Key changes:
    Initial PHP 8.4 and PHP 8.5 support: #315

        asymmetric visibility - 8.4
        new MyClass()->method() without parentheses - 8.4
