I think I was only added to the Tools PMC as Orbit lead, in order to
guide 3rd party library requests through the old CQ process. Explicit
PMC approval was needed prior to legal review, and it was easier to
have the person most involved with the project be able to make that
decision. As I'm not active on Orbit (but happy to answer questions),
and since Jonah has taken over, I don't think I need to stay on the
committee.

Thanks Roland for your past work. Can you (or Alex) retire on the PMI: https://projects.eclipse.org/content/roland-grunberg-pmc-member-tools-project (I think only leads have permission to do this)

Changes in PMC can not be done via PMI. Changes are done by EMO so let's gather all data and open helpdesk issue with all the changes in the PMC.

Additionally, it would even make sense to nominate Jonah as the new
Orbit project lead, since he has taken over the work to keep the
project going.

Jonah
