Hi Andrew/Adrian,

Thanks for sorting this out and nominating Adrian as PL. Unfortunately the election is likely to fail unless at least one additional committer votes +1 - or all effectively inactive committers are retired*.

PS - I don't have Adrian's email address to send this to.

* I don't know if you retire people after starting the election if it will work.
