A committer election for Mat Booth on project Eclipse C/C++ Development
Tooling (CDT) (tools.cdt) was started by Jonah Graham with this criteria:

Mat has been a long time on and off contributor (his first CDT commit was
from 2014) and has recently come back to CDT with a lot of contributions in
different areas. The Eclipse C/C++ Development Tooling (CDT) team and has
already made an impact on the project.

already, and he is already working on other items.
