A committer election for Laurent CARON on project Eclipse WindowBuilder
(tools.windowbuilder) was started by Wim Jongman with this criteria:

Laurent wants to help maintain windowbuilder. Laurent donated a large number
of widgets to the Nebula project where he already is a committer. Laurent is
currently working on the further integration of Nebula with Windowbuilder
