Re: [tools-pmc] PMC approval for PDT 6.3 release
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.pdt/releases/6.3/review says it's part 2019-03 release but we are at 2019-09 now. 

That's weird. That message is generated automatically by the PMI based on an identity reference to the specific record. I'm not sure how that got messed up.

Regardless, I've updated the references and I think that it's right now.
