Dear PMC Members

I’m requesting PMC approval for PDT 6.2 minor release that is scheduled to coincide with SimRel 2018.12

The release contains bug fixes and new features, including:

1. Initial PHP 7.3 support (release is planned for 2018-12-13

2. Improved Composer integration
