[tools-pmc] PMC Approval Requested for Linux Tools 6.1.0 for Oxygen

Hello,

I am looking for approval for the 6.1.0 minor release of Linux Tools.

This minor release adds a JDT Run/Debug in Container feature which is
going to be included in a JBoss Devtools release in August and wasn't
ready for Oxygen.0.

The release also includes some fixes for some annoying bugs to crop up
in Oxygen.0 including a UI freeze using Gcov profiling and a
ClassCastException that occurs in the ChangeLog plug-in.
