Hi,

The TM project would like approval to change from TM 4.1 to TM 4.2 for Neon.2 RC3. This is to enable a terminal rendering issue for Mac OS X to be incorporated without requiring it to be backported. Other than this bug, there was only a minor API addition that should not impact downstream users. This is a low risk change.

I have update the release record for 4.2 [1] and scheduled a review for 12/05.
