[tools-pmc] PMC Approval for Linux Tools 5.2.0 for Neon.2

Hello,

I am looking for approval for the 5.2.0 minor release of Linux Tools
intended for Eclipse Neon.2.

The minor release adds support for remote volume mounting for container launching,
copy files to container from host, copy files from host to container, restart container,
and improved image pull progress handling in addition to multiple bug fixes.

The ipLog has already been submitted.  The release review can be found at:
