Dear PMC members,

I requesting PMC approval Thym 2.0.0 major release that is scheduled 
with Neon.0 release.

This major release adds support for Windows platform in addition to iOS,
Android and WP8. It also
switches to use Cordova CLI directly for build and plugin management.

The review information is available at
