I would like to ask for approval of the patch to the 
CDT bugzilla item

Support smart indenting in C editor
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=148582)

contributed by Sergey Prigogin (Google).

It adds a set of valuable editing features to the 
C/C++ editor, esp. "smart" syntax aware indenting,
and also provides the necessary groundwork for a decent
code formatter (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=95274).

The patch contains mostly code taken from JDT, slightly adapted
for CDT and is thus plain EPL.

I need your formal approval to complete and submit the 
Contribution Questionaire for the due diligence process 
as described at 
http://www.eclipse.org/legal/ContributionQuestionnairePart1-v1.0.php.
