Hi,

I think it's mostly a matter of adding an extension to org.eclipse.compare.contentViewers that would create a SourceViewer with the TMPresentationReconcilier plugged (the TMViewer could work).

Please report whether this works for you or not, you're the 1st person who asks about this interesting case.
