I think what takes the most time is to learn the process. But I can help you with that.

Some minor change (labels or other stuff) may need to be changed to conform to guidelunes, but it's something we can do progressively, we still have several months.

So if you're in, you should

* create a release (let's say a 0.2.0 for instance) on https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.tm4e/ , and target it for the date of Photon release: June 27th 2018

* Announce your intent to include TM4E into Photon on the cross-project-issues-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx. Projects are asked for an "offset" which is usually the highest offset of project dependencies +1. So for TM4E, as the only dependency would be Eclipse SDK/Platform which is offset 0, it should be +1.

The deadline to do so is December 15th, so if you can do it this week, it'd be great.
