Hi all,

Snapshots are now available at http://download.eclipse.org/tm4e/snapshots/ , they're published by this job https://hudson.eclipse.org/tm4e/job/snapshot/ , which checks for changes hourly.
If you're interested in being given the ability to configure or run the job on demand, feel free to ask.
