About two months ago I filed a RFE on TextCanvas [1] and opened
a related ML thread [2]. In essence, while TM Terminal is being
adopted in other Eclipse projects, it remains "hostile" to
automated testing (no way to read its content).

After some discussion in the ML and Bugzilla I created a patch [3]
that solves the issue for me and is (hopefully) reasonably small
for a review. Martin Oberhuber was very helpful with my first
steps and is listed as a reviewer in Gerrit but didn't actually
review the patch that time; my understanding was the patch should
wait for the Oxygen release.

It looks to me that Martin hasn't been active on the ML nor Git
for some time now. I'd like to move the patch further but I'm not
sure how what to do now. Any suggestion?
