[tm-dev] Terminal 4.3rc4 submitted to Oxygen

Hi all,

Terminal 4.3rc4 has been submitted to Oxygen, the Hudson build has all information:

- https://hudson.eclipse.org/tm/job/terminal-4.3-maintenance/

I have created a "4.3_oxygen_bugfix" branch so from now on, master is open for development.
On Hudson, I have enabled Unittests, Finbugs, PMD and Code Coverage for both the 4.3 stream and master.
