Hi Dave,
Looks mostly good to me.
For the records, with this URL you can show the plan rendered the Eclipse style:
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?planurl=http://www.eclipse.org/tm/development/tm_plan_3_5.xml
you should also add the plan here once it is out of draft state (links from “API Plan” on the homepage):
http://eclipse.org/tm/development/plan.php
The “Release Deliverables” section I find a bit confusing. You say “For 3.5 there will be no zip file packages produced for stand-alone download.”
but then you list what looks like downloadable Zip artifacts. I didn’t check how other projects do that.
Perhaps you should say “TM-repo.zip , containing the following installable featuers:” and also list the dstore stuff is a separate ZIP? Then it should be clear.
I was surprised that you don’t list _any_ 32-bit reference Platform, but I’m not too concerned about that. Also I’d consider Ubuntu LTS 12.04 a lot more
popular (and easier to get!) than SuSE – but it’s up to you which reference platform you want to choose.
In “Update Release Engineering” it looks like something is odd with the formatting.
WinCE you’ll probably want to remove completely rather than just deprecate. There hasn’t been any contribution, WinCE is really dead now replaced by Win8 /
WinRT, and if anybody should still want the old stuff it’s available from archive.eclipse.org. Getting rid of WinCE would also fix
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=236026 .
Thanks,
Martin

Subject: [tm-dev] TM 3.5 Project Plan
I have posted a draft 3.5 Project Plan. There are no commitments made for new function, which, I believe, is all we can do with our current resources
in this release. Please review and respond on the mailing list. Thanks!
