[titan-dev] Project Lead election for Lenard Nagy on Eclipse Titan

A project lead election for Lenard Nagy on project Eclipse Titan
(tools.titan) was started by Lenard Nagy with this criteria:

Nagy Lénárd (lnagy) recently started as the Product Owner of the Eclipse
Titan team and has already made an impact on the project.

As the other Project Leads are occupied in other projects now Lénárd leads
the product developement and the developement team.

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate lnagy as a Project Lead on Eclipse Titan.
