[tinydtls-dev] Welcome Achim Kraus as tinydtls Committer, new developmen

Dear list,

It is my pleasure to announce that Achim Kraus has joined the team
of tinydtls Committers. (See the election process for a list of
Achim's merits in the past.)

Achim also has proposed a new development process that will
hopefully speed up the review process and lead to a more up to date
main branch. The proposal is documented in Issue #140 [2]. As a
side-effect, the former master branch will be renamed to main.

Please feel free to comment on issue 140 or open a new issue any
time if things go awry.
